Is my video uploaded? Privacy and safety
No. GifNoBg removes backgrounds entirely in your browser — your videos, frames and stickers are never uploaded, stored or seen by anyone. Here's how that works.
Your video stays on your device
Most online tools upload your video to a server to process it. GifNoBg doesn't. The AI models are downloaded to your browser, and all the work — background removal, editing and making the GIF — happens on your own computer or phone. Your video, its frames, your edits and the stickers you make are never uploaded, logged or sent to us or anyone else.
No account, no watermark, no limits
Because your own device does the work, GifNoBg costs us almost nothing to run per sticker. That's why it's free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many stickers you make.
What we do count
To know how GifNoBg is used, the site counts anonymous events like "a video was opened" or "a GIF was made" — never your video, file names or anything you type. No cookies, and your IP address isn't stored. Details are on the Privacy page.
Use it responsibly
Only use videos you have the right to use, and only show people who've agreed to it. The Terms of Use list what isn't allowed.
